Charity

Black Mouth Cur

Charity is a super sweet pup who does well with children. She does have crate reactivity to other dogs and needs slow introductions. Charity loves getting pets more than anything. Generally easy going with humans. She's been to a trainer for this and has been able to reduce her reactivity and even be walked with other dogs peacefully. Charity and two others came from east Texas where a duo of rescuers saved her from the fate of dogs in small towns with limited animal control services. They were found starving on the streets, so Charity does struggle with food aggresive tendancies (towards other dogs, but no issues seen with humans.) She is very smart and human attentive. Charity needs a 6 ft tall privacy fence due to her fence jumping capabilities. She should be the only pet in the home. She has been around children aged 1-17. She may unintentionally knock smaller children over but generally does well with kids. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. She has been on monthly heartworm preventative.
